Under the scan config when you enable performance it has a setting "Max Concurrent Requests (1-64):" which defaults to 16. Is that what you meant? going into "advanced options" and finding the same settings seems to allow values over 64 (99999 worked for me, though this is silly it worked for a simple site like example.com and was very fast). If you mean literally "scan" not "request", and just want to scan more hosts at once, it seems to scan multiple targets simultaneously the solution is to run more instances of the software. I did not see any options in the software nor mention in the docs to being able to scan more than on host at a time.
