Is there a chance to install Nessus on a Kali ARM64 OS?
 
Dunno. You they have armhf build for raspberry pi, and aarch64 builds for redhat and amazon and ubuntu18.. that latter seems like maybe the best shot but depends on your setup. You could try something like this in the script in place of the other ..

Problem: Nessus server unreachable? Trying again.. with script, kali. does this over and over in a loop lol
 
The scripts should work with literally just the single byte change of changing 10.4.1 to 10.4.2 and it should work. I just tested and there is no connection problem with the servers.
 
Will the script be changed to address this and re-uploaded? Becuase what you said worked.
 
Well I don't like to change things until I have time to test them but it's changed now.

logged in nessus, clicked create a new scan , then get this, Error: Cannot save or edit policies until Nessus is done compiling plugins and VPR data is processed, please wait. Compiling plugins in the past for me had taken in at least one case literally overnight. I thought the crack method was dead and told everyone so etc but then one person pushed me to just try again (using my own script) but wait longer and I left it overnight and sure enough it worked. Blew my mind. No idea why it took that long. Anyway it is likely you just have a similar issue. It didn't take that long for me a couple days ago when I did a quick test (maybe I'll actually time it next time) but it has done that in the past for sure. So, nothing can be about that really.
 
I'll wait than lol, each time I start nessus do I have to wait that long? Or once the plugins are in would they stay in within each login? Imma login and let it run overnight Zen see what happens lol, thank you yet again for your response :)

Edit: hey Zen logged into nessus and it worked, you were right since I left my computer with nessus logged in earlier a couple hours I checked now and plugins are in...lol
 
Yeah it was because of the long-compile nonsense that I put a monitor in my scripts so progress could be watched. Every time the process is restarted or the computer is rebooted Nessus will do the "compile" again. It is a design flaw but they seem to enjoy it.
